Meet Stuart
Stuart B. Galkin Property Management Professional
With more than 25 years in property and asset management, Stuart brings hands-on leadership across commercial, industrial, condominium, HOA, and multifamily properties.
Most recently, Stuart served as Director of Commercial Property Management at Atrium Management, Inc. in Orlando, overseeing operations, compliance, budgeting, and capital projects for 15 commercial and industrial properties.
A career built on property leadership
Earlier in his career, Stuart led a 1,400-acre master-planned community and a 36-story luxury high-rise in Central Florida, as well as a luxury high-rise and several mid-rise buildings in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
In 2014, he founded Signature Property Management, which grew to serve more than 45 communities and 5,000 units. Before that, he directed a 16-property, 5,000-unit portfolio across five states.
His work is grounded in financial and budgeting oversight, vendor and contract management, and building effective teams.
Through SBG Property Management & Consulting, Stuart is focused on maintaining and enhancing the value of each asset entrusted to the firm.
